About the Presenters
Vicki Larson
Vicki has held positions in marketing, communications, publishing, resource development, international women’s human rights, and inclusion/belonging. She currently serves several independent schools as a Fractional Marketing Director. A strategist, facilitator, project manager, writer, and editor who loves working with young people and adults, she has been a consultant to schools in the US and Canada since 2014. She is a co-founder of Alma Partners and before moving into full-time consulting, Vicki worked at Green Meadow Waldorf School for 14 years, where she served as Director of Development for four years and then as Director of Communications and Marketing for 10 years, while also working as a part-time teacher in the High School (teaching ESL, Spanish, and Financial Literacy), Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee, and an advisor to student clubs.
Theo Groh
Theo is a partner at Wheelhouse Web Solutions, a digital marketing company he cofounded. He has a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Design from Brandeis University and worked in admissions and marketing for High Mowing School after serving in politics and the non-profit sector. Theo grew up on a biodynamic farm in Wilton, NH; attended Waldorf school from K-12 at Pine Hill and High Mowing School; and graduated with a BA in Politics from Saint Anselm College.
